Structure of the Chamber

1. General Assembly

The supreme governing body of the Chamber, composed of all members.

Responsibilities:

  • Approves strategic plans, budgets, and annual reports.
  • Elects members of the Board of Directors and Fiscal Council.
  • Sets the overall direction of the Chamber via mission and vision statements.

2. Board of Directors

Responsible for the strategic management and daily operations of the Chamber.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements policies and decisions approved by the General Assembly.
  • Oversees committees and ensures smooth operations.
  • Represents the Chamber in official, business, and diplomatic engagements.

3. Fiscal Council

An independent body responsible for financial oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors financial statements and budgeting processes.
  • Ensures transparency, accountability, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provides recommendations to the General Assembly on financial matters.

4. Committees

  • Technology & Information – Optimizes digital tools and systems.
  • Translation & Interpretation – Provides language services.
  • Logistics – Coordinates event and meeting logistics.
  • Public Relations & Marketing – Manages communications and visibility.
  • Legal & Strategic Affairs – Advises on legal and strategic matters.
  • Restructuring & Projects – Oversees organizational development.
